Done99 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Done99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the Done99 website, game lobby, sportsbook, account services and any related features accessible via done99.onl.

By accessing the Done99 platform — whether you are browsing as a guest, registering a new account or logging in to an existing one — you are confirming that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. These Terms should be read alongside the Done99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

Done99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Done99 after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Done99 you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Done99 is strictly an adult platform. Any person found to be under 18 using the platform will have their account immediately suspended and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures.
• You are accessing the platform as a genuine individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, proxy or automated system acting for another person or entity.
• You are not prohibited from using online gaming platforms by any applicable personal or legal restriction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or family member of an employee of Done99 or any of its associated technology or game providers.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Done99 account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent a suspension or for any other purpose — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. Done99 may request additional identity verification documents at any point, particularly before processing PKR withdrawal requests. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Done99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Done99 support immediately. All activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified Done99 of unauthorised access.

• One account per person, household and device.
• Account sharing with other individuals is not permitted.
• Account transfer or sale to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Done99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Done99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

Funds deposited into your Done99 account are held exclusively for gaming use on the platform. Done99 does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your Done99 balance quickly, subject to payment system availability at the time of transaction.

• Only deposit funds that you own and that come from legitimate sources. Done99 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties.
• If a deposit is made in error or a payment dispute is raised through your bank or mobile wallet provider, Done99 reserves the right to freeze the associated account balance pending investigation.
• Any deposit suspected of being fraudulent, chargedback or obtained through unauthorised means will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant balance.

5. Withdrawals

PKR withdrawals from Done99 are processed to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank accounts and cards. To submit a withdrawal request, your account identity verification must be complete. This is a one-time process that Done99 requires for all PKR payouts.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the Done99 team. Processing times vary depending on the method selected and the volume of requests at the time. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfer requests. Done99 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly — delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside the platform's control.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Done99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving large withdrawal amounts.
• Any withdrawal found to involve bonus abuse, multi-accounting or fraudulent activity will be voided and the account suspended.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Done99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer and form part of these overall Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all Done99 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address. Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Done99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If a player withdraws a balance before meeting the wagering requirement for an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on games that are excluded from bonus wagering contribution will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Done99 may void bonus winnings and withhold withdrawals where there is evidence of bonus abuse, system exploitation or collusion.

7. Gameplay & Fair Play

Done99 provides casino games, slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games and other content sourced from certified game providers. All RNG-based games use independently certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by Done99 or any player action outside the game mechanics.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Done99 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that plays or interacts with the platform without genuine human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, display glitches or any unintended platform behaviour for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors are void.
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including live casino tables.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or interfere with any part of the Done99 platform or its game content.
• Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to misrepresent your identity or location for any purpose.

Done99 reserves the right to void any bet, hand or game round that is found to have involved prohibited conduct, regardless of whether the outcome was a win or a loss at the time.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The Done99 sportsbook covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — alongside football, esports and other international sports. All bets placed on the Done99 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of betting.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Done99 does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical error on the platform's side.
• Done99 reserves the right to suspend a market, void a bet or limit stakes on any event without prior notice — including during live in-play betting.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules shown in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per player apply and are displayed within the sportsbook.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final odds that apply to your bet.
• Any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement — due to data delay, feed error or deliberate exploitation — will be voided.

9. Responsible Gaming

Done99 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is built for entertainment — it is not a means to generate income, solve financial problems or recover losses from previous sessions. All players are encouraged to approach gaming on Done99 with a clear PKR budget and a set time limit before each session begins.

Done99 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. If you have reason to believe a minor has accessed Done99 using your account or device, contact support immediately and ensure your device is secured against unauthorised access by persons under 18.

• Set a PKR budget before you start playing — only spend what you are genuinely comfortable losing as entertainment spend.
• Set a time limit for each gaming session and step away when that limit is reached.
• Do not chase losses — a losing streak does not mean a winning streak is due.

11. Limitation of Liability

Done99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While the team works to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, Done99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors or technical issues.

• Done99 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side or third-party payment system delays.
• Done99 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a player's gaming decisions, including losses incurred during casino games, sports betting, slots or fish games.
• In the event of a technical error that causes a game to malfunction or display incorrect results, Done99 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the stake to the player's account.
• Done99's total liability to any player arising from any single incident is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
